Q: Fine Food & Fun Dining Certificates...What’s the catch?
A: No catch.  Really.  We provide the opportunity for you to enjoy some of the BEST restaurants and entertainment venues in the Philadelphia suburbs while saving some money. Give us $12.50 and we’ll give you $25 back.

Q: Are there any restrictions to FF&F Dining Certificates?
A: FF&F Dining Certificates are NOT coupons, they are actually more like Gift Certificates with minor restrictions: Valid one per table per visit. Cannot be combined with other special offers, coupons, or redeemable discounts. To be applied to the food portion of bill only. Any unused balance will be forfeited by presenter. Certificate will not be replaced if lost or stolen. To be use with dine-in service only. Expires 1 year from purchase.

Q: Do FF&F Dining Certificates expire?
A: Yes, one year from the day of reciept.

Q: What if my bill is less than the FF&F Dining Certificate amount?
A: There is NO change issued for any unused portion of the certificate.

Q: How will I get my certificates after placing my order?
A: To ensure accurate order delivery, we send all orders USPS First Class mail.  Orders are fulfilled and mailed within 3 business days from payment confirmation.

Q: I did not receive my order yet, what’s the problem?
A: Depending on when you place your order, you should expect to receive it within a week of ordering.  Each order receives a USPS tracking number once it mails.  Keep in mind, however, that we do not control the post office.  Once your order is in the USPS system, it’s in their hands.  IN SOME CASES, ORDERS MAY TAKE LONGER THAN A WEEK TO ARRIVE.  WE DO NOT KNOW WHY AND THIS IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL ONCE IN THE USPS SYSTEM.  All outbound mail is sent from Montgomeryville, PA.

Q: Is your site secure?
A: Our back office processing and security is handled by Linkpoint International (www.linkpoint.com).  Your credit card information is 100% secure.

Q: Why are you out of stock on some of the certificates I want?
A: Each business represented on our site allots us a certain amount of certificates for sale monthly, and some items have higher demand than others.  Once the item is sold out, we cannot re-stock the inventory until the beginning of the following month.

Q: I want to place an order by phone or mail, how do I do that?
A: Sorry, we only accept orders placed online through our web site.

Q: How do I contact you by phone?
A: Our company is structured around email support. It gives us the flexibility to answer questions and deal with problems more effectively.  We understand that many people are more comfortable with phone support, but it’s a simple resource problem - we’re a small operation and telephone technical support is simply too staff-and-time-intensive to be practical. For that reason, we don’t publish a phone or cell number on our web pages. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.

Q: My order is incorrect, how do I correct it?
A: We check and re-check each order prior to shipping it to you.  If your order is incorrect, we will look into it and respond to your email accordingly.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A: No.  All orders are final.

Q: What if I have a certificate for a restaurant that is no longer in business?
A: In the event that an advertiser closes or changes ownership exchanges will be given for any certificates purchased within 30 days prior to the date of closure or ownership transfer.
